[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a fun product! It’s easily portable and a great addition to break out on camping trips with the mrs. super fun! I would no doubt buy again! Only down side is it takes a while to get hot! Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may be the best thing to happen to me after 2020 and beginning of 2020! Set this up the second it came to the door. It was super super easy. Took really no time. It’s the middle of winter and only took 2 and a half days to get to temp. The day it was ready we jumped it and it was so relaxing even with it be 25 degrees outside. 85 did drop a few degrees having the lid off for almost and hour the turning the bubbles up makes it drop 1-2 degrees quick. But it’s worth Every single penny! MUST purchase. So sturdy and comfortable.

Gets the job done........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you'd like the pleasure of a hot tub but don't want the commitment and financial burden of buying and maintaining a permeant hot tub, this is your answer! It's fairly easy to set up but the manual with the directions aren't the best. However, we did some research online and found more help and tips there.
We have our spa on the back deck and we cushioned the deck underneath the spa with foam interlocking tiles. I think that helps with the comfort level a lot since this is an inflatable spa. Not only that but the deck is made of wood and wanted to make sure it didn't splinter and poke a hole in the bottom. It's working out great!
You'll be surprised how firm the sides are. I know we were. We can stand up and sit on the sides without any issues. It supports us just fine. We only had the spa up for about a month or so but we're using it several times a week. The water gets hot, the jets work well, and we feel like we're getting most of the benefits of a permanent hot tub without the price tag that comes with a permanent spa.

Had higher hopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got about a month or so ago. Set up is simple instructions pretty clear. Material seems durable although i wouldn't trust it with dogs or cats. I put a small fence to keep the animals away. My dissatisfaction comes from the heater. In 40° temperature with the cover on its keeps the temp but as soon as you take the cover off it drop very fast and the heater can't keep up. I think it will be perfect for summer time. Winter not so much.

Junk pumps

I half to buy a new one every year ! The egg shaped pumps are trash. They work for one year but when I set them up the next summer they ALWAYS leak. I have bought seal kits for some things on the pump, but ultamently I have to replace it. You can’t get all the pars and you can’t get a pump. The cost for a new spa is cheaper but I should be able to get more than one season out of a spa. I am on my 4th one this year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
