We purchased this hot tub in January 2020. The pump stopped working in May We also had difficulty assembling it because there were very little instructions. The temperature gauge didnt work either. Enjoyed it for a couple months before the temperature gauge stopped working. Then it displayed CO2 and just stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

Used it for 3 months only. Could not use during the winter. Already the liner broke!! Called the company and they would not help. Super disappointing!! Spent a lot and now can not even use it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

7 Months In And We Could Not Be Happier

We were looking at some of the less expensive box framed solid tubs but one of our sons bought the Milan and said it was great. We ordered one. The set up was not difficult. I didn't like where I positioned it the first time so after three months I emptied it moved it, cleaned it and filled it back up. The pump has worked flawlessly so far. It took awhile for me to get the app to work but that works now. We thought about taking it down for winter but we decided it would probably get damaged in storage so we kept it up. Winter temps got down to the teens but other than spiking the electric bill some, it was fine. We used it all winter. The temp in winter will drop a little faster once you take the cover off to get in. But it still lasted 15 min. We have used the tub every week at least once. We change the filter and add bromine tablets to the flow through dispenser once per week. We bought the accessory net and an inexpensive pool vacuum. We use a clarifier and the water looks good. I add a few inches of water about once per month. We like sitting in the flat bottom of our tub more than sitting in the molded seats of a solid tub. It is always just me and the Mrs. so I could not tell you how many more can sit in it comfortably. I like the bubbles better than jets. It looks like a rolling boil-Amazing. After 7 months, we are just hoping it keeps working the way it has so far.

I have had my hot tub for 2 1/2 years and up until now, it has been amazing. For some reason it has started loosing air, but overall, it has been a wonderful purchase!

Lo compre en el 2020 y la bomba se dañó a los 10 meses aproximadamente, desbaraté y solicite repuesto por amazon y llegaron rapido, cambie yo mismo, y siguó funcionando al pelo , casi dos años de uso continuo, ya se me pnchó, toco reemplazarlo peromuy bueno, mi concepto: mejor el de 4 que el de 6 personas, mejores chorros. se consigue repuesto del inflable? para recuperar el rpimero. tiene como 6 huecos y por eso lo reemplacé
