Love it - setup guide is laughable

Bestway, if you are in need of a professional copywriter, get in touch. The user's manual appears to have been written by a temp with a lousy attitude. Also, one of the air hose attachment parts appears to be for another model (certainly not the manufacturer's fault), but I managed to get it inflated anyway.
Overall, I am digging this. Very heavy plastic and appears to be quite durable. It's up and running well and I'm looking forward to enjoying it for many years. Appreciate the attachable cover as well. Smart feature.
Seriously, though. You folks need a writer. Get in touch.

Replacement for Coleman model saluspa

Assembly was pretty easy having done this before with my Coleman. I wish there had been a pressure gauge for the airpump to make sure proper inflation was achieved. The materials are a bit lesser gauge and a different material and hopefully it will be durable. As mentioned in another review, I had no idea what that left over part was for. Instructions were lacking clarity, so common with items made overseas. It's heating up as I write this and hope to enjoy for many years

Got this spa for my wife at Christmas! We are so excited to relax in it! The directions were a little sketchy, but otherwise it went together fine.

Is anyone having a problem getting the Chen connector to stay on the bottom water feed? I can get it on the top but not the bottom. Is it needed?

Nearly broke my neck getting in

Just purchased this tub after our Intex was beyond repair. Got everything set up and heated, I went to get in and the bottom of the tub was very slippery, maybe a textured bottom would solve this. This tub is not for four people, maximum is two. Overall I like it so far.

Didn't hold up

We bought our hot tub last year and it already has 5+ holes to the inflatable tub. I would love to order a replacement but can't seem to find one offered. Also, it's not easy to contact the company.

Error codes and won’t work

My hot tub just stopped working throwing error codes that never resolve. I used it once and can’t seem to get it going.

Won’t hold air

Received it as a gift last Christmas and used it several times in the spring carefully stored it over the summer and got it back out this spring. We’ve probably used it 5 to 6 times and it will not hold air. Expensive for how little we were able to use it.
