Nothing but issues

It worked good for a few months until the agitator in the pump crumbled to pieces. I called since it is under warranty and after multiple times of calling and pleading they finally sent me a new pump. No more than a month now this pumps agitator is crumbled to pieces as well. I'm following the guidelines as explained in the manual so it has to be faulty material. The company reps were so rude to talk with I will never buy from them again and I heed warning for others to avoid!

Bought Intex PureSpa, prepared paver patio, used 1†foam insulation with ground cloth on, inflated following instructions, filled with water and by next am it was deflating and water had started to leak. Using troubleshooting tips and found pin hole leak straight out of the box. Called Support, they helped create claim, and received new tub in Feb. After winter thaw, I opened box and re-established area and re-installed. Again following instructions and the tub will not stay inflated. After 8 months, 40+ hours to remediate, I've still not been able to use this product. Called support again after countless hours on hold or just being hung up on due to capacity issues, I finally got through to someone. They suggested I send the whole tub back on my dime with no assistance on why this has happened again. As a long-time Intex customer (currently we have canoes, river and pool intertubes and other water supplies), I am supremely disappointed in the product and support. At this point, I just want a refund and have had zero success even getting someone who can carry out a conversation. Truly disappointing.

Bought 6 person spa 18 months ago. The cover dried out and cracked. The control panel stopped working and is no longer available. All garbage

Bought this inflatable hot tub two years ago. So far the control panel has gone out/broken and needed to be replaced twice. The heater has now stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BROKEN AFTER 1 YEAR - TERRIBLE FILTRATION SYSTEM

This is 1 yr. old. Worked fine year one. Now filter will not run. No fault of the consumer. There is an entire Facebook group dedicated to this atrocious garbage product and it's constant motor and filter error problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
