Due to coronavirus it took a while to get here. However completely worth the wait and worth every penny!!! Quarantine at its best! Love this spa! 1 hour set up, 104F 24 hours later!! Amazing and quiet! Get one!!

Under an hour to set up and my husband and I are very happy. We have used our spa everyday since we set up in early May 2020 and it has been beneficial for my back and the stress of the pandemic.

About a month in from receiving and setting up this spa. Set up was very easy. Instructions are good. I'm impressed with the spa. The construction is far sturdier than I expected from an inflatable hot tub. It is comfortable. Sits two adults very comfortably, any more you need to sit crossed-legged or legs on top of each other. The jets/bubbles are more powerful than I expected too. Very relaxing and refreshing. It takes some time to figure out the chemical balance. It is not a hardside/permanent hot tub, but for what it is and the price you pay, it is worth every penny.

We purchased this spa since we will not be vacationing this year and are very happy with the product. For an inflatable and plastic product, the workmanship was made well sturdy. It comes with clear and easy to follow instructions and we did not have any issues with assembly other than the plastic air tube did crack when we were using it but was easily repaired with electrical tape. The jets are actually pretty powerful and tub itself if sturdy. It does take the note 24 hours to heat up and does lose a few degrees soon after taking the cover off which is to be expected. The only con is the inflatable headrests do not stay put. They fall off when you rest your head on them so they are basically useless. Otherwise we are satisfied with our purchase.
