I am very disatified. There is no actual HP support, it's an endless loop robot. The set up did not complete and with Windows 11, I spend a lot of time entering passwords to even be able to use it. There appears to be no way to turn off all of the passwords.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I goofed and bought this envy thinking it was the touchscreen envy. So pay attention y’all. It seemed perfectly lovely other than that though. I returned it and will be getting a touchscreen envy later lol

Starting off great with this compact laptop. Fast and powerful. Nice screen and sound is more than adequate. My only negative so far is that the on-board camera seems kind of grainy and it won’t support Windows Face ID. Can’t remember if there was an option to upgrade the camera. If there was I wish I had!
