We absolutely love this Café 48" Professional Rangetop and wouldn't change a thing. It has exceeded our expectations in both performance and appearance.
The six burners provide incredible flexibility when cooking multiple dishes at once, and the heat output is outstanding. Whether we're simmering delicate sauces or boiling large pots of water, the burners offer precise control and consistent results. The integrated griddle has also become one of our favorite features, making breakfast and family meals so much easier.

This stovetop is absolutely amazing. It is everything we were looking for in a professional-style in-home stovetop. The griddle just elevates this stovetop and is one of my favorite things about this stovetop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to update my old review of this stovetop made 3 years ago, but I was not able to. I still love it, (except the griddle can't be removed for cleaning). It is rugged, easy to clean, dependable. The burners do exactly what they are designed to do and are easy to control. The grates are massive which is also very good. It is easy to clean. Cafe should make it easier to convert from natural gas to propane as my installer complained bitterly when doing so.

Amazing Looks-Super Functional

I love the look of this range top. Aside from beautiful it is very functional and easy to keep up. I’m enjoying all the different burners and sizes I can choose from. The wok feature makes it very useful for numerous types of meals. The controls are designed to be simple and quick for cleaning…ignition on the controls is quick too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Burners got discolored after the first use

We have got the range top recently and start using it a month ago. All the burners are getting discolored and impossible to clean them. I am not sure if this is a one off product or this is normal. So disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The burner caps and grates are the most visible parts of your cooktop. Cleaning them regularly keeps them looking nice, and makes it easier to clean overall.
