This is very sturdy. Works well and is a nice size. Just be careful when you unbox it - I undid the tape that was holding it closed and before I knew it, it swung open and hit my nose - ouch. Despite that, I am very happy with the quality.

I really love this. I can't sit in front of my computer all day w/out having sciatica problems. This goes up and down very quickly and smoothly! Now I'm up and down during the day, and I'm already sleeping more comfortably at night and waking up w/out extreme morning pain in my hip and leg. It was well worth the investment!!
