Nothing grew

I bought this for my daughter in law and she followed the directions but nothing grew! Maybe the seeds were old, not sure.

Lights went out in 4 weeks.

Very disappointed, have bought many of their products and loved them but my brand The lights died with in a matter of weeks. Also on the LED systems you keep pushing the buttons when you add nutrients and it never shuts off. So frustrating. I have called, and I have emailed 3 times over 4 weeks ago, I know everything is slow due to the Covid-19 stuff, but 4 weeks???

Poor Growing on 2 of the ports

I bought this as a Christmas gift . Only 4 of the ports grew. Than the lite stopped working and now the person I gave it to has nothing . I wrote to the company and this is the first response I have had.

Poor performance

I bought two months ago and was initially very happy with it, then when the lamp wouldn’t go up any further the plants began to burn at the tips. Neither the mint or the parsley came in to any degree and the thyme never flourished. I followed all instruction to the letter to no avail. And in my opinion the basil needed a much bigger arena to thrive

I purchased the Harvest Aerogarden almost 3 weeks ago. I really enjoy watching my herbs grow everyday. My basils, dill & mint are growing really well, but as of yet my thyme hasn’t sprouted. I’m hoping it does soon. My hubby is enjoying watching the herbs grow, most importantly, he is anxious to use the herbs in his spaghetti sauces & soup lol. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad display on front

I can't tell if the display is in the right spot or not. when you set up for the first time It tells you to push button one time when you have finished adding water and putting pods but it all looks the same to me. There are no ajustments would not buy this modile again.

68 Days Planted and still going strong!

I love my new herb garden. It was exciting to watch the seedlings sprout and grow. I have chopped everything back many times - the basil, Thai basil and dill grow like weeds. The mint, thyme and parsley grow slower. Everyone who sees it wants one. My only problem is the OK button. After adding nutrients, you are supposed to press OK to reset the reminder calendar. My OK button doesn’t work well - I must press it about 20 times to get it to reset. Still, I think I will get a second Aerogarden just for salads. I love the herb garden so much but I do want to try lettuces.

It is malfunctioning

I have tried setting the lights several times and they still just stay on for 24 hours.
