I PURCHASED THIS IN NOVEMBER AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. MY PLANTS ARE BEAUTIFUL & HEALTHY AND THEY REALLY BRIGHTEN MY KITCHEN. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE BEING ABLE TO SNIP FRESH HERBS FOR COOKING AND SHARING THEM WITH FRIENDS YEAR ROUND. SOME CO-WORKERS PURCHASED THEM AFTER I PURCHASED MINE & SHARED HERBS WITH THEM & THEY LOVE THEIRS ALSO.

Quick germination

This was a gift for Christmas. I set it up on a thursday morning and on sunday the basil pod started to sprout. Wow how great is that! Would like to order more seed pods but will not use paypal is there another alternative check or credit card.

I do NOT have a green thumb but I absolutely love fresh herbs and veggies. This makes it a piece of cake to grow practically anything fast. Half of the time we cannot eat them fast enough that I’m giving some away to family and friends and now they all want one. The design is sleek and it was so easy to set up. We got this as a wedding gift and we love it! Highly recommend. Great as a gift.

Wished all my plants sprouted

I received this as a Christmas gift.So I did my set up approximately three weeks.The instructions were pretty easy to follow .I have started to see some herbs.I’m a bit disappointed that my mint and thyme did not sprout at all.Overall a nice product to have indoors.

Some plants just need a bit more time than others which is why we ask our customers to give their plants 21 days to sprout. However, if you don't see anything after 21 days then give us a call at 800-476-9669 (M-F 8am-5pm MT) and one of our reps can send out replacements for the non-germinated pods at no cost to you.

I recived one for Christmas, everything was grand up until my Dill started growing uncontrolably. It even took over its half of the tank thing, my thyme AND mint died because of it. There was nowhere near enough room, and the lights are supposed to recreate the sun, but good lord! Its like a football game in my kitchen! WOULD NOT EVER BUY AGAIN.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for winter fun

We received a 6 pod for Christmas and it's been a great gift! We have fresh green s and it's helps with dark northeast winters with the additional light. We're starting our tomatoes or the outside garden now.

At any rate , this is a good product. But it would be better if Aerogarden can provide international shipping and international plugs.
