Not solid wood

I posted a review earlier on this nightstand and a coffee table I purchased a while back. They deleted it because it was a negative review. The tops of these products are not solid wood. They are a fake wood film and peel if they get water damage. Both descriptions clearly state SOLID wood. I reached out to them and they stated it was a "quality control" issue that they would look into. Asking for the box it was packaged in. I obviously didn't keep the box because who does? They look nice but are indeed fake wood on top.
