Doesn't work with macOS Catalina correctly

It doesn't work wity macOS Catalina correctly. Apple support told me you should update firmware. But there is no update in JBL Connect app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it for my daughter going to give it to her on birthday my only concern is it has no access plug or phone hookup maybe I should have brought flip 4

This little thing really kicks out the sound!
I work in a loud factory that allows everyone to have bluetooth speakers at their work stations and I was bringing a cheap litptle speaker that seemed loud when there was no other noise, but didn't cut it in the shop. My teammates all had speakers that sounded great, so I asked them what kind they had. They were all JBLs. So I bought one too.

I can finally hear my music and it's never sounded better! It really cranks out the bass too. It has long battery life and long range for bluetooth.
My other speakers would drop the connection at about 10 feet, but I can walk around the shop and come back and it's still connected. 10/10 would recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My friend has a flip. He showed me how it worked and I was sold. I like the fact I can bring it anywhere and have good sounding music. Very convenient to bring along. I love my music

I'm happy with my flip 5. Easy to carry in my purse. wish it was louder, because I run a machine at work. Charge don't last as long also. but I'm happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a portable speaker to take on the road that has good quality bass while still balancing the mid and high frequencies. The Flip 5 fills the gap, while providing all day battery life. The bass is solid, even in open areas like the beach and backyard. You can see the bass response on the unit's sides too, adding a nice visual stimulus.
