Love the look, the sound is scratchy at times. It’s more of a showpiece with the personalized photo!

I bought my flip 5 about 3 and a half weeks ago and I have used it every day since even put a order in for another one. I got it customized and it looks just like it was shown to me on the website great buy.

The difference in battery life for louder volume play is severely disappointing. And when plugged in the speaker still wouldn’t stay powered on.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Our JBL Flip 5 Eco Edition's playtime hours depend on the volume level and music content. The speaker takes more power to produce a louder sound. If the speaker isn't meeting the advertised playtime hours from low to mid-volume level, there's a problem with the battery of the speaker.
