Good for sound absolute dog doo for battery life and charging time is just ridiculous for it to die in less than an hours use.
Charge for 4 hours, die before 1 hour? What is better? What is so flip 5 Had the flip 4 too and it also took a crap on me.

Thanks for your feedback. The published up-to-playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. As you turn up the volume, the playtime will be reduced, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. The same goes for source material. Music with more bass will also reduce playtime. It is possible that the battery is working correctly, but depletes more quickly when the volume is very loud and/or the bass has been boosted. Please try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact us for further assistance.
