2 years and still going strong!

I have had this speaker for 2 years now, the sound quality and volume control while working out has been fantastic! Recently, while tubing I accidentally dropped my JBL5 in the water for a whole minute and was fortunate enough to grab it from the shallow bottom while frantically searching. It was on and I violently shook the water off the speaker. Then I pressed play and it worked (and still works) as good as new! Truly an amazing product that is worth its purchase 10x over.

Battery does not last!

I received this as a Christmas gift in 2022 and it is a real disappointment. The battery will only last about an hour and it is suppose to be closer to 12 hours. My Flip 4 is much better than my new Flip 5. I wish I could get my money back!

Our JBL Flip 5 has up to 12 Hours of playtime, which may vary based on volume and music content. It isn't usual for your battery to last an hour, considering you just got the unit for less than a year. Please know that our products come with a one-year warranty. No Instruction Included With Speaker.

The speaker works fine but did not include any instruction for adjusting the bass. I am elderly and not as computer savvy as many younger people. It would have been very helpful it that instruction was included with the unit.
