Cute toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago for my 7 year Olds birthday. We had a few issues with the app on his older phone but when my husband downloaded it on his phone it worked right away. It is really cute and a nice change from the Legos you can build and then be done with. He actually still plays with this because he can change it up so easy compared to the Lego sets he has that he built and put on his shelf.
I would recommend this to a friend!

FUN ...AT FIRST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 & 8 year old grandkids were very excited to start creating with the Punk Pirate Beat Box. The LEGO building aspect of it was done very quickly as it is quite small, but the novelty started to wear off once we had trouble downloading the app and then tried to follow the directions. Sadly, their patience ran out quickly and they lost interest. Grandpa came to the rescue by getting it all set up and ready to use while we went out to dinner. It was a fun way to pass the time while waiting for our food to be served, but that interest did not continue once we got home. My grandkids may have just needed a little more guidance than other kids, but from our experience we would recommend the BeatBox for ages 8+. In the future I plan to purchase more BeatBits so the kids have more options for creativity. It's a great idea for kids who love to build LEGOs along with the option of using technology to bring their creations to life.

New Way to Be Creative with LEGO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this punk pirate for my 8yo. She loved it right away and enjoyed the build. Next, it was time to try out the VIDIYO app. When we tried it on my phone, it never let us make a video, just kept loading. She was disappointed. The next day, we tried on my husband’s phone, and the app worked fine. Once we got into it, she had the best time making music videos with her pirate and using all the zany effects! I think she’ll want more beatbox characters, and I could see this being a great gift for friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love this Lego Punk Pirate Beat Box is super fun. You can build the Lego however you want it to be and download and all that lets you bring you Lego character to life and make music videos with you and your friends and your animated character. You will feel like a true rockstar for sure. I highly recommend it.
