Cool interactive set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool Lego set. It is easy to build. It took my daughter less than 30 minutes to build. This Lego is more on interactive play rather than building. My daughter and her friends had so much fun making their own music video. The app takes a while to get used to. But once you get the hang of it, it is really fun. The different tiles that comes with it gives you an option to have different effects on the video. Cool set!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Much Added Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are huge Lego fans and this set is a great addition to our Lego collection with added fun using the VIDIYO app. First off the llama character is super cute and I love that this set basically ends up also being a case to keep all the pieces. The absolute best part about this Lego set is that it's super unique and fun once you start using it with the VIDIYO app. The app is super easy to use and you can make fun music videos using yourself and your Lego character. Once you build your set just download and open the app and then scan your character and beat bits into the app. Then you can choose from tons of awesome songs and other settings to make your video. Plus when your making your video your beat bits are all different special effects that add so much fun and laughs to the video. There are seriously so many options and it is so much fun.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the point of lego

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s fine, in my opinion as a parent this is not the point of legos. Building something then to just go to a screen to watch videos defeats the purpose of building with your hands. My daughter thought it was neat. She liked the character and was excited to get it. We spent some time picking the songs and setting things up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fun and Cute idea

She put it together pretty fast but spent way more time playing with the llama and all of the little accessories that came with it. The app is cool and all but my 8 y/o doesn’t have a phone and I don’t want another app on mine. It would have been better if she could have just used a website on her kindle or a kids app on there.

A nice break for Mom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 and 7 year olds ran off to put this together on their own - they did not require any assistance from me to assemble, which I always appreciate! After they finished assembling, we downloaded the app and I read a few directions for themselves and they ran off to laugh, play, and create. They had a great time!

Fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids loved this Llama Beat box set. They put it together in a decent amount of time and couldn't stop playing with the app making videos afterwards. I look forward to getting other sets and buying them for friends as well.
