[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous laptop broke twice at the power source. The second occurrence could not be fixed so the PC would not power up at all plugged in or not. I purchased one from another, very reputable PC company and because of the short supply of everything right now, I had to wait quite a while before I received it. It came in with a defect and I spent days and many hours of my life working with customer support to get it fixed. That didn't happen and I was so frustrated that I returned it only to be once again without a PC. I searched and searched and came across this one by LG and I knew immediately that it was what I wanted. It was not yet available so I got on the list to be notified when it was. As soon as I got the email I jumped on it and I am so glad I did because it was sold out within a couple of hours. I made the right decision by jumping on it. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This PC is fast, it feels solid, I got everything loaded without any problems whatsoever, the keyboard is fantastic (I know that can be very personal but it is the best I have used in a very long time) and the display is beautiful. I was a little worried about the color being green but when I look at it green is not what immediately comes to mind. It is a silver with green tone. My husband has a silver PC so it distinguishes it from his so he can keep his hands off! ;-) Seriously, I have used this for business and personal applications and for movies when we traveled. The volume when we watched movies was quite low even at max but we had a blue tooth speaker so it wasn't an issue. I chose the 14" because I didn't want it to be too bulky but not too small either as I do cad drawings. The screen seems more than large enough. I have only had this for about 3 weeks so I hope I can continue to sing its praises for a long time.
