Came with damaged windows system

I wanted to save time and money so I ordered from online. But at the end I have to visit the local store to refund it since the laptop came with a damaged windows system... updating never ends and it turns off and on by itself... which made me so disappointed. Plus they only purolator to drop off returning... purolator is so rare... both of the options are not the best choice for customer...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
