The sales rep only wanted a commission I guess becuase she even gave me the wrong pen and it was t even compatible to my laptop. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed I waited 10 days for the item to reach and when it did it didn’t work. Spent several days calling hp and was taken in circles till one rep told me my pen that they told me themselves to buy was not compatible. I have been a client for many years but after this I think I’m changing brands.
