I've had my pen for a few days now. I use it with a Lenovo Chromebook Duet, so I can confirm that the cross-device support works. The pen is very accurate, latency is low, pressure sensitivity works well and overall the pen has a good weight, diameter and feel. It is far superior to a passive stylus, even the battery-assisted ones. The magnets for attaching it to your device are generally useful; it attaches great to my Duet even though it wasn't specifically designed to do so. There is no pairing step per-se, you just charge it and then start writing.
I almost reduced the rating to 4 stars because there was no documentation about pairing; just a single sentence that, "no pairing is required, just start drawing with it" would have saved me about 30 minutes of frustration when I first received it, and it was also relatively expensive. But I couldn't bring myself to go with 4 stars because overall I really am completely satisfied.
I've been anxiously following the technology and awaiting the release of the first USI styluses for a couple of years now, to be able to have more ubiquitous stylus support in tablets and laptops and also be able to have one stylus to draw on anything without vendor lock-in. It's everything I hoped it would be.
I bought it to use with a Lenovo Chromebook Duet. It works perfectly. It's super smooth, accurate and responsive. Pressure sensitivity does work with a few different apps. I also like that it's rechargeable via USB Type C.
It's a little too light and too expensive, but it works. Seems pretty responsive, and it's hard to know what to attribute to the stylus and what to the tablet I'm using. The LED charging light is nice, as is USB-c.
The entire premise of the USI standard is that the stylus will work with a compatible device with very little / no effort. And guess what: it does! It's a nice, simple design and feels good in my hand. What would have earned this a 5th star is some kind of clip attachment so it could be secured in a pocket or a backpack. Because that's part of the overall utility of the device.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to get into Digital Drawing for awhile and went with the HP 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen and saw the potential for a USI pen. Naturally, I went with this pen not TOTALLY sure it would be compatible. As it turns out, it's the perfect choice, especially because it's USB rechargeable. There are extra pen tips and the slot opens up to reveal the USB port. The end goes red when charging and blue when it's done. The pen is comfortable in the hand and is very satisfying. Don't go low end... spend a few extra bucks. It's totally worth it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought to use with my new Lenovo Duet Chromebook. Works great, It is rechargeable, has nice fine tip and has replacements. A magnet helps keep the stylus with my device.
Not very accurate in terms of pressure sensitivity

You have to press a little harder on to the screen to make it work. It's not ideal to write or take notes on a device with this pen. Magnets work fine to attach it to the side of Chromebook Duet tablet.
