My only issue is figuring out the controls on this piece compared to my previous range. Otherwise cooks like a dream so far.

Be careful, low quality, bad customer service

We bought this range and an LG fridge in October 2021 from BestBuy.
It is beautiful but...
After a few months the cooktop glass color started changing. Before this LG range, we had a frigidaire range and we never had such experience. So I contacted LG customer service and asked them to take a look at it and fix it because this is obviously due to the quality of the cooktop glass. They advised me to clean it! 😵💫 I said guys we do clean it almost everyday. They said use baking soda, I tried baking soda and water as they instructed me but to no avail. I sent them pictures and told them this is not a stain. This is a problem with the glass. Finally they gave me this response: "I would have to set your expectations that this is not covered under any warranty since this is more of a physical/cosmetic issue than a functional issue.". It's like buying a red car and after 5 months it turns to yellow and they tell you this is a cosmetic issue!!!! Very disappointing! I do not recommend buying any of LG products because of low quality and very bad customer service and warranty.
I did read comments in other websites and I found out that many customers had the same issue. This absolutely needs to be taken care of by BestBuy and LG. It is not fair to sell a low quality products and expect the customers to pay for fixing them.

I like the looks of the stove and how quickly it gets hot and brings a pot of water to a boil. I don’t like the hot top indicator. It is very small and does not indicate which element is hot. THIS SHOULD BE CHANGED.
