Pretty but Useless

I bought a MK smartwatch 2 years ago. First of all the battery doesn't last very long. If you don't use it it will last about 6-7 hours. If you want to play with your watch for a bit, you will have 3 hours battery. And that was at the beginning, now my watch last 4 hours without touching it (so what's the point of having a smartwatch if you can't use it??). After a few months (5-6 months), the cover at the back of the watch opened so it wouldn't charge properly. I sent it for repair explaining all the issues, the battery, the back of the watch broken (btw my watch never fell or never hit anything). They sent it back to me after weeks of waiting and they basically just sealed the back of the watch. On top of this, the features on the phone never worked for me. I followed all the instructions, downloaded all the apps that the watch needs to work properly but the google assistant never worked, I added my credit card and it never worked to make any payments even though my watch was connected to my phone.
So that's a pretty watch and you will get a lot of compliments but it's just pretty and basically is only good to give you the time which is the main purpose of a regular watch but we expect more from a smartwatch. Also, it gives you the time only when it has enough battery so it does even less than a regular watch.

Won't count my steps

The whole reason that I have the watch is to count my steps and after hours of looking into the problem still no step on the face of the watch. So disappointed.

Terrible battery

I love this watch.... The battery on the other hand is awful. Fossil makes these and they aren't quick to respond to emails. You have to send your watch to them for a battery that isn't sold anywhere
