App does not work on iPhone

I’m so disappointed with this watch because this is all I wanted and it does not work on my iPhone the app wear os just completely stops working no text messages or calls this is a horrible watch I want a full refund! Horrible do not buy!

not worth the money

his watch has never functioned as it should. Sync problems every day since day one. I contact support, Fossil gets involved, and no one ever follows up. M<y warranty is over now, and watch is worse than ever. DO NOT PURCHASE Youi Will BE SUpER SAD

I am so happy with my purchase. It's a very classy watch and I get a lot of compliments on it. I only wish I could figure how to track my status. I am still working on that.

Very functional

I bought this watch 7 months ago and have been very pleased with this watch. Only 2 things that bothered me is that it doesn't stay charged long and it would slip off my wrist. I would recommend having a rubber fastener to go over the metal divots to keep the watch from slipping off your wrist.

2021 Mother’s Day Gift and still going strong!

This is still working like it’s brand new and it’s one and a half years old! It’s used daily and works great with my devices to track my information, set up was simple and learning how to use it took a few days to get it memorized and I’ve had no problems once I learned how to operate the smart watch. I love the wallpapers and how it pops the pink and stones around the face, I always get compliments! My only issue is the speed the battery drains, most days it’s dead by the time I get home from work, but it tracks everything in the background when it goes into power save mode. I do work 8+ hours and average 8-10 miles a day, plus I use the timers to keep track of my schedule changes throughout the day, maybe I’m doing too much or something wrong! It does charge lightning fast once I place it on the charger and it’s ready to go again after about an hour. You won’t regret this purchase.

Watch got extremely hot and then died

It’s a pretty watch. I was gifted the watch for Christmas and it only lasted till 1/16/2023. I wore it that day and it went low on battery and turned off. I put it on its charger and it got extremely hot and died.
