Got this in 2015 when we bought our house and it's worked great since. Only issue is the steam that comes out, it hits the handle, condenses, then falls to the floor as a water droplet. Not good for our wood floors, so we put a piece of paper towel over the handle each time and it collects the water that way.

This is an amazing dishwasher and highly recommend for anyone looking to install a new dishwasher or replace and old one. It is easy to use and gives the feature to sanitize dishes which is awesome.

After 13 years, still going strong.

I bought this product back in 2013 when I remodeled my kitchen. Still going strong! I like the silverware baskets. No issue with the soap cup lid hitting anything. The only modification I would make is the fold down wine glass holders don't always stay up. In Michigan so we don't have hard water issues like in the south. Every three years or so will run a cycle with white vinegar. No issues with any of the door seals, keep those wiped down! I would buy this again. Still quiet too!

After approximately 10 years of use. I think it is about time to purchase a new one. The unit is not draining well. We had attempted all the procedures on seeing if the line is clogged without success.
