Hidden Controls!

We've had this dishwasher for 6 months now. Overall, I'm very pleased with it. On occasion we experience the frustration of not having the soap dispense properly. Sometimes it just enough to leave large soap deposits on the dishes near the front, and other times it doesn't leave it's chamber but it still gets wet creating a solid mass that has to be scraped out after the cycle completes. These issues occur between 10 and 15 percent of the time. We found that adding less soap helps avoid this, when we first it we had this problem at least 50 percent of the time- so it's really improved performance to use a little less detergent.
Now on the up side, we love the look. It's sleek, has easy to use hidden controls, makes little noise, and the racks adjust very easily. Some of my favorite features include the delay wash option, single rack wash, and I absolutely love the silverware spacers! This is a fairly quiet appliance that is easy to talk over and doesn't disturb us even though we have a combined kitchen and great room.
We've also never caught our pockets on the handle:-)

Okay, but not great

Unless the dishwasher is on the 2+ hour setting, nothing gets dry. It's also on the small side, so you'll run it often. Looks nice though and the bottom rack is deep to allow for tall pans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great and is very quite. We had a little problem with using liquid detergent but this has been corrected.

looms nice but cleaning is suspect

This came as part of an appliance package for a new house. With four months in the cleaning is uneven even when we use heavy cycle in not very heavy loads. We have seen the entire cycle run several times where the detergent cup door doesn't open causing us to rerun the cycle. We think this is due to use of the delay cycle and no longer run the washer on delayed washes. In addition the overall cleaning for silverware and other items which other washers handled this one lends itself to two to three items each wash to wash by hand.
We are already thinking this will need to be replaced before its time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mediocre at best

This unit came with new construction home we bought. it is under ccounter and does not stay balanced. Repairman came and adjusted but quickly out again. Dishes, particularly silverware, does get dishes clean.. Detergent dispenser sticks shut so have to leave open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceeded Expectations

After having used this for a month now i can honestly say this was worth it. This is by far the quietest dishwasher i have ever owned. You can barely hear it standing right next to it. It gets the dishes extremely clean. This product has exceeded my expectations.
