Not bad, but a little disappointed

We have owned this dishwasher since January of 2013 and it amazed with its quiet operation and powerful cleaning. However, as of today, it wlil not fill with water and needs a float valve. Fortunately, the part is cheap; unfortunately, it's only been two years since it was new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor configuration of racks -- silverwarer drying

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and am very annoyed with the poor rack configuration. Does not easily accommodate pots & pans, bowls, and other cooking utensils. The racks holding silverware do not lift out easily and the silverware does not get dry. Drips water on floor while transferring to counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing good about this dishwasher

We built a house and unfortunately couldn't choose what model of dishwasher we got, but this is the absolute worst design I've ever seen in a dishwasher.
First, the racks hold barely anything. It has a lot to do with the silverware racks hanging off the front of each, so you can't remove them and use that space, it's just completely lost space. The silverware racks also just pull right off of the main racks if you try to pull them out using the handle on the silverware racks. Why have a handle if they come right off as soon as you try to pull the main rack out?
The silverware racks are also TERRIBLE design. They are oddly shaped, making it difficult to fit anything in there well, especially the lower one that has one extremely oddly shaped slot that is so long that silverware will fall inside it and it takes an act of God to get it back out.
It is only ok at washing, but I've had seriously cheap dishwashers in the past that washed better than this. It leaves food rings on some of our dishes occasionally, and doesn't remove all the food from silverware, probably also because the silverware racks are so poorly placed.
We have also found that this dishwasher cannot dry for anything. Using my past dishwashers, I have been able to turn off the heated dry to save any items that may melt, and it was still dry enough that it didn't take much to towel them off. However, if I even use the heated dry on this one, all items have enough standing water on them that I would soak a towel if I tried to dry them off, and instead have to leave the door standing open after a cycle overnight at least to let the water evaporate from everything.
I honestly cannot say enough bad things about this dishwasher. There are way better models. Save your money and find one that is better than this one, it wouldn't be difficult.

Can you hear our dishwasher? Not a chance!

With the building of a new house comes the task of purchasing all new appliances. Our friends recommended GE products and boy are we glad they did! We love this dishwasher; so quiet and our dishes get so clean with just the normal setting.

Worst dishwasher ever

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned and I have lived in 9 houses. If you have a choice do not buy. Dishwasher takes forever to wash and then even on the hottest water cycle and longest "dry" time I still wake up to wet dishes.

Worst ever! Sometime in the bottoms rack, it leaves them worse than they were! I literally hand wash mine and use it as a drying rack. Only got it because it's the only one my husband would buy!
