Sleek design and works great

This appliance came with our new home and we're very happy it did. The dishwasher is very sleek in appearance and works great. It is very quiet as well. It's nice not having to wait until the end of the night to run a load just to avoid hearing all of the background noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Design

We cannot run the dishwasher through with the silverware rack. If we do, the dish soap dispenser does not work properly. We have had 2 service calls on it and both said there is nothing they can do, it is a design issue. So we have to hand washer our silverware!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The racks are weird configurations, glasses fall.

I wouldn't recommend this model to anyone. Water drips out of the vent onto my hardwood floor after just running it. The soap often doesn't open, and the racks are made such that the glasses fall over when you push rack back in if not full. I usually have liked GE products, I had some for 40yrs, but the new models are aggravating.

hard to load

I have a lot of trouble getting dishes and pots in this dishwasher. There are only four rows of spindles and the back 2 lean to the sides which does not allow for efficient loading, unlike my previous 12 year old GE which had 6 rows that were straight up. Also, with the new requirement for "efficiency," I have to run the water in the sink to get it hot before starting the washer. Now, HOW IN THE WORLD is that EFFICIENT???
