worst diswasher I ever bought

I have had this now for a year. I had 4 or more service calls on the dishwasher and they still haven't fixed it. The seal keeps coming off and the dishes are never completely dry. I have had GE dishwashers before and this is the worst one I ever purchased. Definitely not worth the money!

Very quiet, cleans well if loaded correctly. It was necessary to get used to not putting anything in the front center of the bottom rack or silverware holder to avoid blocking the detergent dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke 2 times within 3 months

Within 3 months of purchasing this dishwasher it stopped working twice and the second time it took the warranty company FOREVER to repair it, like over 2 weeks!!! This was my first GE product and will most definitely be my last!!!

I bought this within the past 6 to 7 months ago and so far the top of the door is half on and half off. When I called to get it fixed they mailed me the wrong part and when I finally did get the right part it needs a technician to put on, which I thought was part of the waranty. I will never buy another GE product again.

Wish it would dry the dishes

I have had this dishwasher for about a year. For the most part, I am quite satisfied. It's quiet, doesn't use too much water (which also means it doesn't put a lot of water down into my septic system), and it gets the dishes clean - with the right detergent (cascade pods). The biggest complaint I have is that the dishes never come out dry, even with the heated dry turned on. This means I have to either let the dishes sit with the door open until they air dry or dry them by hand. Neither option is good. There are also no rinse and hold or quick wash cycles, which are very nice to have, especially for a small household where the dishes may sit for a couple days before there is a full load to wash. The adjustable top rack is a nice feature. All in all, I am satisfied with the job it does, but I would probably go with a different model/brand if I had to do it again.

Unbelieveably Quiet Dishwasher!!

We have been using this dishwasher for about a year and are very happy with the performance, options and lack of noise that comes from this dishwasher. We also like the options it provides, especially the ability to wash smaller loads on one rack.

Well I bought this less than a year ago and so far so good with the unit. I like the inside setup and what materials its made of as well. I would definitely buy another just like it.
