Surprisingly it works

It basically does what it says it would do but it did not mount corrected and is not flush with the cabinets and counter top. The installers said there was nothing they could do about it. The wash cycle works a lot better than our old dishwasher but it also takes a lot longer. Basically it does what it said it would do but we are not thrilled with it. And if something just does what it says it will do it deserves an average rating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Soap dspenserwas not opening at the porper time. Repair has been made, seems to be operating properly now.

Dislikes: Utensils placed in lower basket in front of the detergent dispenser will prevent the dispenser from opening. Poor design. Locking feature on utensil covers is unnecessary and weak. Prongs location and placement in trays are not great. Drain pump is now getting noisy.
Likes: Quite operation except drain pump. Water pressure does not throw light pieces around. Clean outside design.
