An Upgrade

This dishwasher replaced our 13 year old GE Profile and more beautiful and quieter inside and out. I like the controls on top of the door, the stainless steel inside door, the dark tub, dark racks and the slots that separate the silverware. I will need to get used to the bottom rack that has 1/2 the area for large items since the tines are oblique rather than vertical. My old dishwasher didn't completely dry the dishes. I was hoping that this one would dry the dishes. The dishwasher was wet even after the heated dry setting. I just opened the door an inch so it would dry faster.

Very Quiet Dishwasher

I have had this for 10 days now. Looking at many dishwashers and found this at 49 decibels. This is a very quiet dishwasher. I have no complaints on the cleaning also. They have a filter at the bottom and is very easy to access. I thought I would not like the utensil basket in the front, but have had no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Silverware Problems

I have a mixture of silverware styles. Some of the handles of the spoons fall through the bottom slots or even a side slot. The bottom rack keeps falling off so I secured it with nylon zip ties.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this dishwasher. My only compliant is that the shelves don't allow for a large load of dishes. My old dishwasher gave me more room.
