Surprisingly good

Wet silverware and dishes

Disappointed with the performance of my new GE dishwasher. Heated Dry feature leaves dishes and silverware dripping wet. H2O temp and Rinse Aid checked - I think just a poor design. The recommended solution is to use more features: Boost and longer cycles.
The bottom rack is awkward - not many plates and dishes can be loaded at one time. One improvement I would make to the upper rack would be to put the rows on an incline so the water runs off the top of the glasses. Just a few design changes would make this a great dishwasher.
After the grinding filters do their job at the beginning, the dishwasher is extremely quiet. Guess I should have done a bit more research.

Does not dry everything, especially silverware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quiet, it washes very well. However, nothing I've tried (water temp, rinse agent, etc.) succeeds in drying the silverware. The rack itself is dripping wet. This after the longest run time I've experienced. It holds fewer dishes than any machine I've had. The dish racks are not compatible with many of our dishes and are not adjustable. The result: I wash more dishes by hand, including almost all the silverware, and keep extra towels out to dry the dishes. Would NOT recommend.

looks good but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model dishwasher looks great, is very quiet and has good features for the cost....but does not clean as purported. Also when using the recommended wash pacs, the powder does not dissolve completely, drips down the door and remains on the silverware and basket.
