I would never recommend this particular dishwasher to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer in March 2013. From March until the present (May) I had repairmen trying to fix the lack of drying of the dishes. Put in a part, helped a little, but still after many hours, silverware and glasses, as well as, inside of washer was
soaking wet. Suggested I use rinse agent, did not help. Open door, No I didn't buy a new dishwasher so I could air dry or towel dry my dishes! Placement of silverware baskets, on front of racks, would slip off if I grabbed rack to pull it out, dumping silverware on door. Bottom rack would not pull out smoothly, would catch on a rubber gasket on bottom of door,
and glasses would fall over. Grrr...and finally two and a half to three hours to do a load of dishes is really looooog. Looked ok and was very quiet. Washer was replaced with another model.

Sleek looking; wish it worked better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say this is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned, but if I had to do it over again, I would chose a different one. We have had occasional issues with the soap compartment not opening during the cycle - even though it didn't look like anything was blocking its path. We learned quickly that if the silverware wasn't placed in the baskets facing upward, they wouldn't get cleaned, frequently we have to scrub the detergent film off of silverware because they didn't get rinsed off thoroughly and then caked on them. This dishwasher also does not hold as many dishes as previous dishwashers did. Our biggest beef with this dishwasher is the drying cycle! Arggh! Everything is sooo wet when we go to put the dishes away - even when the door has not been opened during the cycle OR for hours after the cycle. Having said all of that, it does do a good job overall in actually cleaning the dishes. I just HATE having to dry all the dishes at the end.

Poor cleaning

I had a GE prior to this and I liked it, but after 15 years, it was worn out. I bought another GE. It had some nice features , was quiet and I expected it to clean as well as the other one. Didn't happen. Now I am stuck and unhappy.

The silverware baskets take up real estate in the front of each rack. Therefore; I can't fit two standard size dinner plates next to each other. Standard size cookie sheets need to be wedged in to fit. And when you take out silverware from the baskets; the entire basket pops up. Do not buy any dishwasher with baskets in front of the shelf. Horrible design.

I don't feel it gets the dishes very clean. I have to practically hand wash the dishes prior to loading them into the dishwasher. The silverware doesn't come clean either. I gave it such a high rating because it is very quiet (which is plus)

We purchased this dishwasher January 2015 thinking it would be a great dishwasher with the features all shown. Half the time my dishes are not completely clean and honestly do not like the silverware racks on the end all of my silverware is never clean and have to wash by hand. Honestly wish I would of looked longer before purchasing this product

Unbelievably quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher not only looks great, but it performs great. I would never have believed that a dishwasher could be so quiet. I live in a villa with an open floor plan, and I can now watch television and run the dishwasher at the same time.
I would like the dishes to be dryer at the end of the cycle. It has only been through 2 washes, so I'm hoping the adjustment I've made to my water heater will solve this minor issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!
