Purchased 6 months ago. Great for transporting small files, but the locking mechanism is a problem. It broke and fell off after a few weeks. Have been managing with a carabiner clip through the lock hole. Is it possible to just get a replacement handle?

Useful, portable, convenient for storing stationery items, I like that it has a handle for a better comfortable grip, good storage capacity, I also like its design and colors.

I'm just gonna say I bought this 10+ yrs ago & my latch immediately broke. Seems like that's still been going on..for years. So.. where's the new latch ? Or why can't I get a replacement latch?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hinge Breaks Off Easily

The latch hinge has a thin joint where the latch connects to the box, and the hinge breaks off easily through normal use.

Love the file box but the latch broke

Love the file box. Very well made. But the latch broke in the first month. Used 4 times before it broke off.

Nice box, weak hinge

I bought the box because it seemed perfect for fransferring a small number of files from place to place.
The hinge on the latch failed after about a year-and-a-half, rendering the box worthless for its intended function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great File Box

This thing is great. I use to store all my children's' school work during the year. If I need to find anything school work during the year, I know right where it is. At the end of the school year, I empty and prepare for the next year.
