My watch band was delivered on 08/02/2022 and on 09/05/2022 I contacted support for a refund since it was fading. I was told that they give NO REFUNDS after 30 days even if their stuff fades or tarnishes like dollar store items!!!!! The warranty person offered to send replacement links, which seems useless since the quality is still the same, but at least they offered to try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
