Powerful hub, almost perfect!

The flexibility this hub provides is just shy of perfect. Everything you want, nothing you don't. How many hubs have you seen where they offer ports that you just don't need or use? Not this hub. This hub covers what most typical users need to adapt a modern Apple macOS device to current/recent peripherals. USB-C passthrough power (PD)? Check. HDMI? Covered; times two, no less. Old school USB-A ports? Four of those (two 10gb/3.1, two 2.0). And Ethernet (RJ45), SD and MicroSD, DisplayPort, and an audio jack all for good measure. The only down side to this hub is the cable which connects it to your computer: it's a fixed cable (non-detachable) on the back of the hub which is short. This seems to be an odd oversight, and is the sole reason why my rating is 4 stars instead of 5. This should have been a detachable cable and an extra USB-C port. That way, if you needed a few more inches on your cable, you could do it by adding a slightly longer cable. Not sure why this hub is configured this way -- especially when it's big brother (the 16-port variant) does it that way (so it's not a technical/capability issue). A minor nuisance, but a nuisance nonetheless. The only (and very minor) blemish on an otherwise wonderful product.

Unfortunately it did not work with the camera capture card, Ethernet or wireless keyboard/mouse transmitter I use. Return process was smooth.

Great for adding more ports - only suggestion would be to have just a little bit longer cable so it did not have to be tethered so close to the computer - matters when USB-C port on laptop is in hard to get to position.

No power supply included - not accurately reflected in product info

All is great but it does not come with a power supply. Customer support is sending me alternative products.
With my Apple power source it drains the battery with 2 monitored. Caused me to lose a bunch of work.
