I really like this iron, especially being able to see the water level. My previous (10-year-old, probably) Singer had a water reservoir that was very hard to tell the level on. I love the needle nose point that can get anywhere. The only thing is I have a little thumb issue and sometimes I have to use more pressure than I'd like to get the steam. Overall, works fantastically!! Love the mint green color, too - had to get a new ironing board cover to class it up, haha.

The most beautiful iron I’ve ever seen! I love the shape and design, especially the pointed tip. It makes for precise ironing, especially in narrow areas of the fabric. The color of the iron is awesome! Another great product from Singer~

Broken after only 9 months.

I bought this iron 9 months ago. The steam button now sticks in the down position, so I have no control over whether it's steaming or not. I looked at the warranty, and as it's a mechanical part, it's no longer covered. It's too bad because I really like the iron, but I expect an iron to last for more than 9 months.

Seems like a decent enough iron. It’s too heavy for me and the steam burst requires too much thumb pressure. It’s sitting on my table while I use my Sunbeam.

I purchased this product 3 months ago. At first I loved it, but then it started having a few issues, minor ones that I could live with. Today it started sputtering and smoke started rolling out of it. It was electrical smoke. A very distinct electrical burning smell. I flipped it over to shut it off and it burnt not one but three perfect iron burn holes all the way through the board cover and melted the pad underneath. After 45 minutes of being unplugged the plate was still way to hot to touch
NEVER purchase this iron. It is a definite safety hazard. I'm just glad I was standing right next to it when it went crazy. It needs to be recalled!!

Great iron. Happy that the water reservoir actually holds water without leaking. The last 2 irons I have bought did not. I agree that the 'digital' control button isn't in the best place, it is very easy to change as you are ironing. Good weight to the iron. Love the long cord. Decent price. Don't care about the color- come on, its and iron- does it really matter what color it is? Would like to have an off button, but unplugging is probably a better option anyway.

The SteamCraft Plus Steam Iron in Mint/Gray is an upgrade from my last iron. First off, the design and color is so pleasing to the eye! Love that it heats up fast! It's easy to hold, handle and control. Nice steam. Pointed tip glides into harder to reach areas! Really pleased!
I would recommend this to a friend!
