Well designed hub for iPad pro

The 6 in 1 hub for the iPad Pro fits neatly, looks OK (colour match on my space grey version isn’t great) and provides neat additional port access. I can’t see the point of the headphone jack as all my headphones are Bluetooth or Lightening, but generally a good, if slightly expensive, tailor-made hub.

I bought this item and was switching the plates, and one of the screws wouldn't even come out, its stuck in the device and I can't get it out! What a waste of my money for a defective item!!

Perfect solution

I followed this on kickstarter but didn’t have an iPad Pro at the time. This is a great accessory for the iPad Pro. A lot less expensive than buying the separate dongles from apple. Would I recommend?.......you bet.

Nice BUT...
on June 27, 2019

For a professional photographer the hub is unfortunately a disappointment. It looks good and works fine BUT it only supports UHS-I SD cards... so all the new and faster cards are not working with this hub. That is... NOT WORKING. Not just slower read, but the hub really doesn’t read them at all. My much cheaper SD card reader for iPad does this without a problem. So if you only use UHS-I cards, go for it. Nice product, feels solid, looks good, but...

USB port does not connect to external hard drive
on August 1, 2020

Purchased the 6 in 1 to pair with 2020 Ipad Pro. All the slots work fine except the USB port which will not recognize either Toshiba or Seagate external drives. This is a pretty significant compromise given most personal storage capability resides on these two devices and the Ipad has so little. The research done prior to the purchases as well as several YouTube videos confirming the capability were the basis for the purchase of the Ipad Pro. Will have to look for another way to get this done. Perhaps it has something to do with the hard drive’s formatting (even though both connect without problem to Mac Mini).

Sd Card reader and Micro

Sd Card reader and Micro sd card reader does not work. Should get the option “Import “ on screen when a sd card is inserted. Can’t see nor import my videos to the iPad pro. DISAPPOINTED.
