It is loose at the connection with the iPad USB port. Gets hot, and charging seems slow. I'm considering returning the product.

Magnetic strip prevents drive from seating properly

This works great if you don't use the magnetic strip. The strip prevents the usb c from making contact on my new macbook pro.

Flimsy extended usb-cable.

The extended cable is very necessary for iPad Pro with thick cases. I have to detach one side of the iPad from the rubber casing from now on so I can use the HDMI because The TV or Projector won’t read the HDMI connection because of the flimsy extended usb-c cable wont register the HDMI port connection anymore. Having an option for a extended cable replacement would be great.

We ordered this to fit my iPad Pro but it does not! Is there something that will allow it to plug into the iPad that did not come with the product. If not, I need to return and try again.

- Made from aluminum (light weight), matches the colour of the space grey models of the iPad
