Just what I expected from Hyper. Fit and finish is second to none. Never have to worry if I don't about having a separate bag for my many dongles. Nicely done Hyper!

Great, except for the audio socket when charging

On the whole I’m impressed with the product, great build quality, size and features - especially the 4K 60Hz HDMI output! Unfortunately I am finding there is a buzzing sound from the headphone socket output whilst the USB-C socket is being used for charging. The buzzing stops when I touch the HyperDrive, and it also goes when I disconnect the charging cable

I am happy with the product, finishing of the body is really good. Works perfectly would definitely recommend this product to iPad Pro people should try.

Connecting to iPad Pro 12.9”

Connecting to iPad Pro 12.9” is pretty sloppy, not a very positive lock on. I have a Hootoo hub that is the equal of the hyper hub and costs way less. Hyper would not be my top choice for this class of product again.

Poor HDMI Connection Quality

I was initially really happy with my HyperDrive, but not so much anymore. I use it primarily to connect HDMI and a USB C charging cable for live streaming while I edit photos on my iPad. This of course prevents the iPad's battery from draining before I finish my live stream (1-2 hours).
Unfortunately, the HyperDrive connection has gotten VERY flaky, with TONS of flickering in the HDMI output. To the point that it's unusable for the HDMI output.
To be clear, I'm not moving my iPad around while I'm editing/streaming. It's on my desk either flat, when I'm using the pencil, or in laptop mode with the apple smartfolio keyboard when I'm not using the pencil.
So yeah, pretty disapointed.
