USB and Charger Do NOT function with ipad pro 2018

The SD card and the audio jack work great. The files from the USB cannot be viewed. The charging is recognized on the ipad pro as ''charging'' but no power goes to the ipad device. It seems both Apple and Hyper are avoiding this topic in many reviews. I may be returning the ipad and the hub if this cannot be sorted out. If anyone has any tips, they'd be appreciated.

The device has been working great. I really do love this product! There is an issue I occasionally encounter. When transferring large amounts of files over the sd card reader, it suddenly stops half way and I have to re-transfer the files. What I do is unplug the sd card and reinsert it.

Then my extension cords stops working And then 3 days later the audio jack stops working! Everything on it works no problem just the audio jack

It good quality and good fit, nice addition, if you don't use a case! would be good if you chaps talk to people like ZuguCase and create a case/USB hub combo that fits well. No one is going to use an Ipad pro without a case, and the lead that comes with this is a tad too short, had to purchase a longer one. cheers

SD Card reader is unreliable.

SD Card reader is unreliable. I’ve tried 3 (original, plus 2 replacements). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. By contrast, the Apple Card reader works every time. The card reader in the HyperDrive Power 9-in-1 USB-C Hub also works reliably for me.
