Piece of junk

This oven is not worth the money. It arrived at my new construction home without a door handle, a warranty card or an instruction manual. The only features which work on this oven are bake, convection bake and broil. Every other function posts a "Connect for the latest smart features" screen which cannot be bypassed. The SmartHQ app is unworkable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are terribly sorry to hear that your oven arrived without a handle, warranty, and installation manuals. We are also very sorry that you are having trouble accessing the different cooking modes and using the SmartHQ app to initiate advanced cooking features. This certainly isn't the experience that we wish for you and we would love to offer you some guidance in this.

The standard door handle for this model is the Café Stainless handle. However, you also have the option of choosing the Brushed Bronze, Black, Copper accessory handles to personalize your look. This custom hardware is ordered through your dealer and we recommend that you to reach out to your dealer to address your concerns.

If you haven't accessed these guides already, you can view and download your Use and Care Manual, which provides warranty information on page 26, here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000791-1.pdf.

You can find guidance on using your oven's cooking and broiling modes as well as accessing the specialty cooking modes on pages 12-15 of your manual. Mediocre materials, bad software

Looks pretty. Cooks well. However, the software is badly conceived and the materials cheap and substandard. We ordered the 'black stainless steel' finish. The surface LOOKS like black stainless, but is actually plastic. Same for the handles. The stainless handles are magnetic. The black handles are milled aluminum with a plastic feeling coating - and NOT magnetic.
Worst of all, the controlling software is clumsy. Worse in the advatium oven, but not great here.

Great oven so far!

So far so good. We've owned it for over 6 months and still are learning how to use all of the features it offers. We love its flexibility to air fry, bake, broil, etc and its ease of use. I'll update the review as we get more familiar with the oven and the app control.

I needed a new oven and was remodeling our kitchen. The designer I was working with recommended this product as it had lots of bells and whistles we were looking for. The computerized system is easy to work and we have enjoyed having a calibrated oven again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
