Quit working

Electronic panel quit working. No one would work on it at manufacturer or anywhere else. Warranty was for 1 year, it quit after 1 year and 9 months. Very expensive product. Now I have to replace it. Very disappointed particularly because this was an American made product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful design and life changing !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, The built in smart technology and downloading the app was easy to set up. The app to control the oven and get alerts on my iPhone has given me freedom to do more outside the kitchen area . Also, I can concentrate more on my work when working from home. The oven is minimal series, but don’t let that fool you. Top “INSIDE” is 2 ft wide by 8” high 1 rack. Bottom inside is 2ft x 1ft high and 2 racks … plenty of room. Love the Touch screen and I feel the Cafe’ Oven design can fit in any style kitchen. Love that I can run 2 separate temperatures allowing my sides to be done together with my main course. This oven has to be hardwired . My electrician accidentally damaged my cabinet. 12 week back order for cabinet replacement. I will follow up with photos and updates. So excited !!

Requires separate circuit to run the double oven

I have not been able to use it as a double because because it requires a separate circuit because it needs a dedicated amp of 100 to operate both ovens at the same time

This appliance requires an individual, properly grounded branch circuit protected by a circuit breaker or fuse. Good idea

I really like this configuration the small oven and medium oven are perfect and will save electricity compared to heating an entire oven for one dish (which is 90% of the time. Install was easy - it fit into the existing space easily.

Poor match of design between models.

We purchased 2 wall ovens and installed them side-by-side. What a mistake! One is a single oven and the other is a single-double (two small ovens in one space). The lines are visually broken and the single oven sits out from the wall 1/4” further than the single-double. They also have a horrible chemical stink which the instructions say we should bake off (into our home) because the manufacturer couldn’t bother to cure the paint inside their ovens. OMG.
All this after waiting for months for delivery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within 6 months!

Oven stopped working after first self clean. Lees than 6 months since install. In addition the oven made a high pitched noise while cooking. Not happy with this product.

Cafe Duo Smart Wall oven

I have mine in my basement in a small space designed as a kitchenette I created for a business venture. It allows me to cook two separate meals at the same time with different temperatures. The smart WiFi feature that allows you to control the double ovens from a mobile device anywhere and AirFryer option allows you to have less cooking accessories. Great cooking addition to my home.
