Appealing look, not all features work.. misleading

I splurged on this appliance based off of the camera feature. I was extremely excited to use the oven and test out the camera. However, once the oven finally got here in May (after 8 months of waiting) we installed it and had issues connecting it to our devices. After many tried and failed attempts one of us finally were able to connect to the oven. With that said only one phone is able to be connected to the appliance. Additionally, the camera has never worked. The appliance had an update available, which we did and thought this would resolve the issue, but the camera still does not work and persistently loads for 5 minutes before giving an ERROR notice. And only one phone still can only be connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after one month

Not happy broke after one month Almost three weeks so far with no ovens waiting for parts

Very disappointed

Right as I got this email to rate my oven I came to my phone to turn it on- because the screen is always blank now or only shows a few buttons. There’s no update needed. I can’t use the touch screen only after a few months of owning it

Never would buy another GE product

Only 1 timer. Can only use I oven at a time. Why would they make it this way

Really nice ovens

We got the white version with brass hardware, looks great. My only minor complaint is that the sliding racks could operate a bit better, there are other ways on the market that feel much smoother and higher end. Otherwise touchpad, oven function, and everything work fine for the casual home cook.
I would recommend this to a friend!
