Had an older model of this oven in SS and upgraded to matte black with brushed brass handles. Love all the new features.

I really love thos oven. It has amazing features that work well so far and looks amazing in our kitchen. I was always lacking a good oven to bake in and feel like a more well rounded chef in my kitchen now!

Poor Quality Control

Oven fan was banging against housing when it was installed. Had to wait over a week for a repair on a brand new oven. Highly disappointing.

Works Good. Looks Great. WiFi? Maybe

We have had the oven three weeks and are still getting used to it. So far we love it. It cooks like you would expect it to. Heats evenly. Very functional. All of the features take a bit of getting used to, but so far each works well. Wife loves the styling. No fingerprints on the black stainless. Our previous oven was a GE Profile and the Cafe fit the hole exactly. No fit or trim issues which was a plus. Plug and Play.
After the first use we had a loud really long running fan noise during cool down. We freaked out and scheduled a service call, a day later the situation was gone and has not returned.
We connected to the home network and added the smart app. The oven apparently interfered with the modem/router/network, causing us to have to reboot at least once a day. After turning off the connection the problem went away. The smart app drained my iPhone battery. I deleted the app and the issue went away. We had both the wall oven and a Cafe Advantium Microwave connected, so perhaps having both running wifi was part of the problem. I have not tried reconnecting just the oven. Don't miss not having the controlling features.

It’s just perfect!

The camera and temp probe are easily the best features! However the different cooking options are insane- we can literally do anything in this oven.
The camera shows a perfect picture, the app is easy to use with the appliances we have too. Outside cleans easily and it’s very easy to maneuver and use all settings. Very happy with this purchase!
