I would not recommend that anyone buy a "smart" appliance, but the software on this oven seems particularly lame. As a 75 year old woman who is not terribly tech savvy, I would not feel particularly able to criticize if I had not watched my son in law deal with it. He has a PhD in computer science and was extremely annoyed with the hoops he had to jump through to get all the functions to work. As an oven, it's fine, but it's ridiculous to make anything this hard to set up. I wish I had saved money and bought something easier to use.

This multifunctional oven is a dream !!!! this was a great upgrade to our kitchen. The controls are user friendly , convection, air fryer, and bake all work wonderfully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great performance

This is my third Cafe convection oven. It performs well, but functionality is limited by the vertical space taken up by the slide out shelves. Effectively, only one shelf at at time is useful for anything but cookie sheets or dishes limited to 2inches in height. Most casserole lids have a raised handle on top which prevents them from use. I preferred the former configuration with one "glide" shelf and two standard shelves. For seniors with dexterity and fingertip sensitivity limitations, the touch controls are a challenge. However, so are knobs for different reasons and the smooth front is great for aesthetic and safety reasons.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love everything about this oven!! The only thing that I regret, is not getting the french door model that was my first choice.

Problem with sales information disclosure

If I didn't have wifi, I would not be able to use all the cooking modes. This is not disclosed during the sale process.
