Has lots of features but most are useless

This oven has lots of things you can do with it—except most of them I’d never use, like some “precision cooking” of certain foods most of which I’d never cook: The fact you can’t select your own temperature for the oven makes NO sense. You can only select from their menu which is set every 25 degrees (300, 325, 350 etc). Also you HAVE to be connected to the app for all functions to work. Again, nonsensical. It works but not sure it’s worth the extra cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cloud connectivity required

My review is focused 100% on internet connectivity, not on performance. BUYER BEWARE: this model (or at least the model I purchased) requires that you install the SmartHQ app on your phone, and that you then interface with the appliance and the Cloud IN ORDER TO ACCESS ALL OF THE COOKING FUNCTIONS. If you purchase this oven new, and you do not have internet service, or you prefer not to install the SmartHQ app on your phone and interface with the oven, you will be blocked from using some of the cooking modes, for example Air Fry, or Convection Roast until you connect the appliance to the appropriate web site. The Users Manual does not warn you about this - it simply encourages you to install the app on your phone and interface with the appliance.

Love the black slate the probe and camera are very cool!! Love that you can scan barcodes in the app and the oven does it for you!!

This wall oven is great. We love all the features and different cooking methods that can be used baking, convection, air fry and more. We love that the shelves slide out easily, it is one of our favorite features. Looks great in out remodeled kitchen and matching appliances.

Amazing features and beautiful looking. Only complaint is the app and connecting to Wi-Fi. Eventually figured that it didn’t like the lengthy Wi-Fi network name. Simplified the name and, voila!

I’ve had the oven for two weeks now. I’m an avid bread baker and so far the proofing has been spot on. The oven temp tends to be somewhat inconsistent with the back browning before the front. I rotate halfway through to account for this.
It only comes with two racks. I’ve owned three other convection ovens and they all have come with three racks. I do not like that the third rack has to be purchased separately. For the price of the oven a third rack should be included. I’d rather that than a camera. I use three racks on a regular basis especially when making pizzas using pizza stones.
I like the position of the lights, one on the top and one on the side.
I’m not unhappy with it, I’m still getting used to it. Every oven is a little different and you have to get to know your oven.
