Poor Material/Coating Material

We bought this set 3 years ago.
Live in an all 4 season environment. During the winter we put all the chairs/tables in the garage. Stacked the chairs on top of one another with cushion in between. Next spring/summer the paint/coating was starting to remove already. Now in year 3, the side pieces to the chairs are coming apart because they were put together by the factory with only wooden dowels. Paint/coating is nearly gone on all the pieces. The table and some of the chairs are warped and damaged. Stored every year in the garage (garage does get cold in the winter). Overall seems like cheap material and coating. Probably only recommended in warmer climates.
