It’s Great...But

The positives:
The laptop is really nice. It looks and feels high end it is very fast. For my purposes it’s everything I was hoping for and then some.
The negatives: It has a couple of weird software issues right out of the box, like the search bar in the bottom left of the desktop does not work and it won’t search for available wifi networks. I have done all of the available updates and worked with dell tech support who were effectively useless. Basically Dell says it’s a software issue not a hardware issue so it’s not covered under warranty. So for $130 cdn someone from the software team can call me... which would be fine if the laptop was 6 months old, but it should work right out of the box without costing more money immediately shouldn’t it? Especially at nearly $2k.
