Good porch table

Love the table, but the 2 top pieces didn't fit together perfectly, leaving the edge to not be even and smooth. Wood split in a couple places when screwing in.

We love the way our new set looks and it’s very well put together. However we are having problems with the finish. It is extremely uneven which is kind of explained in the description but when we wiped water off of one of the chairs, some of the stain came right off and there’s bare wood showing through! Thistle should definitely not have happened.
